A#nbsp;country where laws are written only to#nbsp;strengthen the dictatorship, not to#nbsp;make the lives of#nbsp;citizens better. It’s important to#nbsp;understand this in#nbsp;order to#nbsp;correct the law-making mistakes in#nbsp;future and not to#nbsp;make them again.
